Hi, I’m Nick, the Founder and Director of Smash Property Investing. After working for 15 years in the banking industry I looked for many different ways to get out of that 9-to-5 grind and decided property was the best way. Property soon turned into passion.
Today, I manage a diverse property portfolio worth over $6 million which I started from nothing. As I continue to evolve in my own investing journey, I’ve discovered a passion for helping others achieve financial success. This led me to establish my business, Smash Property Investing.
Leveraging my extensive experience from a 15-year career with some of the worlds largest Banks and my success in building my own property portfolio, I guide clients through every step of the property investing process.

With our years of industry experience, we have access to exclusive off-market deals. Each week, you will receive detailed property options to help you make informed decisions. We won't stop until we secure the right deal at the right price for you.

Settlement
In the final phase, we guide you through every step to ensure nothing is overlooked, providing full access to our team of experts for a smooth settlement process. This includes ensuring the property is negotiated well, due diligence is completed and that you have a tenant once the property settles!
